Calls from Eversource saying you're eligible for a 15% rate reduction because you've paid your last 6 months bills on time is a SCAM.  Please be careful!  And someone just reported getting a call allegedly from Comcast asking to verify account info - do not give out that kind of information as it is also a SCAM.
